Course Description

This year sees a return of the course to the exciting W.10th Avenue merchant corridor!

Starting at the intersection of W.10th Ave and Sasamat, riders will head West on W.10th Ave towards Blanca. Riders will turn Southbound onto Blanca and begin a traverse of the fully-closed course loop, but in the opposite traffic lanes (NOTE: Do NOT try to navigate the course in this manner duing pre-rides or training!).

From Blanca, riders will turn right and head West on W.16th Ave (Eastbound lanes) towards UBC. Following this all the way to SW Marine drive, the riders will swoop down onto SW Marine and head East (Westbound lanes) to Camosun.

Turning North onto Camosun (full road closure) will have the riders ascending up towards St. Georges school where they will turn left onto W.29th Ave. Riders will stay to the left on W.29th all the way until Imperial where the road is open to them for their ride towards W.16th Ave again.

At W.16th riders turn quickly into the Eastbound lanes and head up a rise and take another quick right onto Trimble. From here they head towards the finish line on a fully closed Trimble Street - the last big obstacle being a slight descent towards W.10th before a sharp left turn up to the finish line a block later.
