The BC Cancer Foundation raises and stewards funds to support breakthrough research and compassionate care through the BC Cancer Agency.

The BC Cancer Agency has a three-fold mission: to reduce the incidence of cancer, to reduce the mortality rate from cancer, and to improve the quality of life for those living with cancer. This mission spans the spectrum of cancer control in British Columbia, with programs for the prevention, early detection and treatment of all cancers, as well as research into new strategies to improve the health outcomes and quality of life of those individuals with cancer.
